OBJECTIVES:

  1. Identify and explore how integrating food into play therapy can assist with fostering attachment, practicing mindfulness, and addressing disordered eating.

  2. Engage in and discuss games/activities/techniques that utilize food in play therapy.

  3. Identify and explore benefits and barriers to inclusion of food in play therapy.

  4. Explain how to work with parents in responding to food issues.
