My name is Sarah Clement, and I am currently serving as a graduate student intern under the supervision of Kelly Martin, M.Ed., LPC-S, RPT-S. I am a proud graduate of West Texas A&M University, where I earned my degree in School Counseling with plans to pursue licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

With a strong background in education, I have spent many years working as both a teacher and an administrator. These experiences have provided me with a deep understanding of child development and the importance of social-emotional support in learning and growth. I grew up in this area and am honored to now serve the community that helped shape who I am today.

Outside of my professional life, I have been married for 23 years and am the proud mother of four children and known as Sassy to sweet granddaughter. I enjoy spending time with my family and attending concerts whenever I can.

As part of my internship, I work with children ages 3 to 12, offering play-based, developmentally appropriate counseling services. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where children can express themselves, build coping skills, and experience emotional growth.

I am excited for this opportunity to work with Playroom Lubbock and look forward to meeting you and your child. Sessions with me are offered at a special rate of $65 per session.
